A complete HMO refurbishment - from design, to furnishing including a rear extension.
### The Project Scope:
This was a 3 bedroom semi, to be converted into a 6 bedroom HMO - with all bedrooms en-suited and 5 rooms with small kitchenettes. Included a double storey rear extension, and a large L-shaped loft conversion. The property needed to be fully renovated, with re-wire, new central heating system and decor throughout.

### Cranmer Street, Long Eaton
This conversion of a 3-bed semi in Long Eaton into a 6-bedroom HMO included the following:
- Architect drawings & HMO design
- Strip out - back to brick
- Rear extension
- Interior design
- Furnishing

### The Challenge
The challenge was to convert a 3-bed semi in Beeston, Nottingham into a 6 bedroom HMO. The property required refurbishment throughout, and there was a 6-month timescale to turn the project around.
### The Build
Our team completed the works inside a 4 month turnaround. The design of the refurbishment kept within permitted development so there were no planning permission delays.
### The Results
The property achieved the target revaluation, allowing the client to successfully refinance. The property was fully let within weeks of completion, and has remained at full occupancy since.
