### Kempsey Close, Nottingham
This renovation of a buy-to-let property was designed to help prepare the property for sale included the following:
- Replastering and redecorating throughout
- New kitchen
- New bathroom
- New flooring
### The Challenge
This property had been a buy-to-let for 30 years. In order to sell, they needed to refurbish the property - but on a tight budget and limited timescale.
