This conversion of an existing 4-bed, 1-bath HMO in Beeston into a 6-bedroom, 4-bath HMO included the following:

The Challenge

The challenge was to complete this compete renovation within a 3-month timescale. This would allow the landlord to be able to attract student tenants prior to the start of the academic year.

The Build

Our team completed the works inside the 3-month window. Our revised design included additional utility space and 3 further bathrooms, allowing the landlord to maximise rental income.

The Results

With the works completed, the landlord successfully let the property, achieving a premium rent (more than double the original gross annual rent) an also providing a better living experience for tenants.
